I need help fast! I have an investor that lives out of state that wants me to find his son a house near campus in Eugene, Oregon. I have been making offers left and right. This guy is anxious to buy a house but I am not getting any offers accepted. Also when I visited with a Real Estate Agent he said what I was doing was illegal and that birdogging is not allowed in the state of Oregon. What I am thinking is assignment of contract, but I don't want to loose my client(investor). He says he wants me to find a wholesale deal. Any suggestions from my fellow DG family?
