I'm new to the DG family and have a couple questions I hope to get answered.
I would like to use my VA benefits to purchase a home going the VA NO/NO route to get the first time buyers credit offered this year and also help initiate my launch into REI.
First question: Has anyone else used this type of Loan to start out and are there any drawbacks to using a VA loan to start out in REI?
My initial investment will be in Corona,CA.. I am also going to start my REI business in this same area as it seems to me to be a very good area with much potential.
