matt larson's 25-1 principle

I am just wondering has anyone tried Matt's 25-1 principle because it sounds like he is really on to something when he explained it in Dean's book. One of things I am wondering is when you find the right real estate agent for you how do you determine what he or she is going to take away from any successful transaction? That is a very serious question to make sure you won't be getting cheated out of funds.

Ok I definitely appreciate the prompt response

First off let me say that this whole forum is awesome it gives a person a real feeling of encouragement and we all need that for what we are trying to accomplish. I have another question for you. Is there a certain type of attorney we need to try to seek for our closing or any attorney will do? Also, do the attorney's get a percentage of our deals or do they just hit us with a flat fee and go from there? Once again I thank you for your response

You need a Real Estate Atorney. I believe they receive a fee or hourly rate.
