Market Analysis

I am putting together a marketing analysis. I need to find data on the national flow of investment funds and business cycle. Do anyone know of any FREE websites that has this information?

I like to watch REITs for indication of where the smart money is going. I can tell you around my area there are multiple offers on a lot more homes these days. Despite the foreclosure numbers I see the marketing solidifying and I think it is investors (both large and small) who are moving in.
