Nevada vs. California Incorporation? Pros & Cons

Hello DG Family!

I am getting ready to establish my business entity and I have heard about tax advantages and privacy advantages of incorporating in Nevada despite living in California. I know I would still have to register with CA as a foreign corporation, but is it worth it? Has anyone incorporated in Nevada and lived in another state?
