Is it Christmas in July?....It's 80 degrees in the midwest but we have just been hit by a Blitzkrieg Blizzard!

Hello DG Members,

I had to check the calendar to make sure it wasn't the holidays. During the past few weeks we have been hit with a "blitzkrieg blizzard" on information. Every week there has been a new piece of information to complete our education and move us one step closer to our goal of financial freedom.

Then it finally hit, the big one! Dean's new property analysis tool. Believe it or not its Free! How cool is that? The tool is there for all of us to use, learn and profit. Can you believe it. What a gift! What are you going to do with that gift? Is today the day? Let's take action and put these tools, tips and techniques to work for us. We can do it!
