Ok, so i just met with a real estate agent and I think she is on board and so far really excited about giving this a try. However i have scheduled a consultation with an attorney to make sure im doing everything legally and to help me with an assignment contract, purchase agreement, and sales agreement. I dont plan on making new ones... just revising the ones Dean has given us. I am just wondering if there are particular things i should also be asking about legalities. And any advise i could get from people that have been down this road and or ran into certain legality issues that have made investing harder than anticipated. I will take any help i can get. Thanks
