I have been trying to achieve my Dreams through Real Estate for about three years now. I can't seem to find a way to do that.
I have try to find investors in my town or other parts of the country Who are looking for properties around the NYC area...
My problems starts with that fact that I live in the Bronx and I have no car to get around the areas that the Investors that I found want to buy.
How can I beat the odds from where I stand? Can anyone help me?
I just want to be successful in Real Estate to rid my everyday problems.
I feel like my back is on the wall and life got me corned...

Have you tried Craigslist? I just went to the site and found lots of investors in the Brooklyn/newyork city Area. Get there numbers or email and try to call them ask if they can be added on your Buyer's List. Hope this helps.

Take public transportation to the area's you need to find homes in and walk around. or if they don't mind mls listings use the web to find them.
