OfflineHey everyone I read in one of the forums, (should of bookmarked it) what to say or tell your Realtor to say when you get angry responses from listing agents or sellers from your low ball offers. Does anybody remember it? I can't remember what it said. Can’t find it in the search so if no one remembers it maybe you could put your two cents in on what you would say.
I need some good one liners that will hush the masses but not be sarcastic. My newbie agent will appreciate this and so will I when the time comes I’m blasted too.

I remember the post that you are talking about and I can't find it either. I know it was something like someone sent out offers and one was sent back with a you are joking right and then someone posted a comeback to send to them asking if they were a investor or something to that. I looked for it as well and can't seem to find it either but I do remember it all to well. Thought it was pretty neat.Anyway if I come across it I will post it here.
