Hey DG fam. I have a couple that are ready to sell their current home. They are first-time sellers, so they are depending on me. The home is priced AT market value, which didn't seem so attractive to me at first, but I said I will try to do something to help them save commission money. They are open to lease options, etc. depending on the numbers because they want a win-win for both parties. So, how can I go about this and what option is the best for this situation? They are giving me til the end of the week to decide if I want to represent them or they are letting an agent list it. ALL feedback is crucial for me. Thanks-
