I have a short sale lead in Homer Alaska. This couple lives in Texas now and they are about to be put into foreclosed on Oct. 29, 2010. The house they need help with is in Alaska.
Since I don't live in Alaska and have no use for a house there, I am looking for someone who would be interested in taking on this deal via a referral fee.
