I have always wish that I could get in contact with someone more experienced in this business. I am coming along with a number of interesting opportunities that I am not sure how to take advantage of it.
One of the opportunities is this owner. He has 4 properties that he could not wait long enough to dump, at almost any price, depending on what he owed the bank. He just want to get rid of the 3 of them based on whatever the bank will accept. He does not now know how much he owes on the 3 properties.
The 4th property. The bank has told him that if he give them $11k, they would call everything done. The property is 3 bedroom. I look at it, not a bad property that needs less than 10k to complete. The owner also owed the county about 7k in taxes. I am looking for someone to flip the property to with a small payment for maybe 3k. Zillow comps says 80k.
But the most important aspect of this response is being able to get together with someone in some kind of Joint Venture in philly area.
Also, anyone has an idea as to how to get these properties, I am open to suggestions.

I would like to hear more about the properties.From what I've read it sounds like you might have your first realestate deals stairing you right in your face.
