OfflineI've been reading Dean's books for some time now. I have not yet tried to really put action in what I have learned cause I don't think I know enough to step out on faith and just do it. I see so much real estate that could be really good deals but I don't feel like I really know what I am doing. I have a buyer's list with 6 on the list. I went to an auction just so I could see the process and collect business cards of the people that were bidding on the property. I am listening to Dean's CD's BARM EVERYDAY. I wish all his other books were on CD's too. I have tried to post before and nothing was there but my name. Hey!! DEAN I am trying to do this. I found these apartment buildings on the foreclosure listing. There are 15 units with 6 apartments per unit. Some have been renovated and some still needs to be completed. The forclosure price was $948,000. Is this a possible good deal. If not, what would make this a good deal
