Put up a new post after doing a few things.
Take out the newbie comment, and focus on strengths and things you have available.
Go to an investment club, and find some pieces of a puzzle. Some people will have cash, some will have deals, and some will have tons of time and energy to find just the right project. Talk to about 30 agents, and find one that works with investors, and tell the agent that you will be investing and that you want to know what resources they have to help you out.
What you will find Ralph is that you will have a whole basket full of resources, and instead of looking at yourself as a newbie, (which got no responses) you will see yourself as someone with some really good resources that people will want from you.
Post back on here what you come up with, and see what kind of responses you get.
Sometimes it's not what you know, but the demeanor and attitude you present yourself with. Come at it with confidence, and bring something to the table, then people will want to work with you!
