To find rehab contractors at a great price search http://craigslist.com under services "skilled trade" or go to http://linkedin.com and run a search for contractors in your area. I have found several reasonable contractors this way.

Try Propertyshark.com ~ If you're on the east cost. It does cover a few parts of California & WA. state. You can get comps there, too. You can bring up property info by just the address from the main page.
