We are familiar with the area, but unfortunately, we don't know any real estate agents. Is there anyone investing down there that has found an amazing agent? We want to start as soon as possible.

Go to remax.com, and look at the top menu. Choose 'Residential', and go down to where it says 'find a remax agent'. This will pull up a search box. Put Orlando in the 'office location' box, and Florida in the 'state' box. Look at the list of agents, and pull them up. They will have specialties in the lower right corner that will tell you if you they work with investors. Make sure they have been licensed for a while, (longer than 5 years or so) and call them and interview them.
