You must take action and don't let the fear stop you. Ask yourself, "Am I willing to throw away all my goals, dreams, and wishes just because I'm scared?" I'm willing to bet that answer is no.

I used to be insanely terrified of talking on the phone, but once you do it once, or twice, or max 3 times, you'll be set, look back, and wonder why in the world you had that fear in the first place.

I don't know what your faith is like or if you're a Christian, but if you are, I definitely recommend putting your faith in God and trusting him to guide you. It helps a ton.

Your correct and appreciate your comment. I do have a realtor and go to RE meetings. I also joined success academy in march but have mixed feelings on the coaching. I still havent had a call after leaving mess for a few months. I do although have info but cant seem to get that first deal done. I also paid alot of money for success academy and feel after setting me up with program, that was it. Would of been nice to have my hand held and was what I was paying for. I wouldnt do again and could of got info through books and website. Dont get me wrong I can call in and after waiting 10 minutes can talk. Sometimes I dont even get anybody which has sent me elsewhere.
I have stopped blaming and is something Ive gotten used to from years of being dissapointed by what people say and dont do. I know the only way to succeed is to blame no one and take action.
I havent been to a church since I was a kid in Catholic school but recently have been saying Im going to start. Thank you for sharing and is greatlt, greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure how the success academy works, but I have heard you can call and request a different coach if the one you have isn't currently working out for you. Not sure though.

Your first deal will happen before you know it. Just don't lose faith and keep working at it. Not sure if you have buyers, but Craigslist is a great place to start to get those. Ask your REA to find potential properties for you and start placing offers. Not sure if Hawaii is a title company state or an attorney state, but either way, ask your RE club for recommendations. If that doesn't work.. if Hawaii is a title company state, make phone calls asking if they handle assignment contracts, double closings, etc. If not, ask them if they can recommend one that does. If it's an attorney state, make phone calls to find RE attorneys and get a few free consultations. You'll know soon enough who you want on your team.
