Anyone interested in a St. Louis, Mo deal?

We have someone selling a large property for $14,000.00 in Saint Louis, MO. The property needs about $47,000 in repair. 5 bedrooms, 2 1/2 story, 2352 sqft, built in 1913. looking for someone who invest in the area. Property runs along south side of O'Fallon Park.
