About Me: 

Tomas is an engineer, Real Estate Broker who specializes in BPO's (Broker Price Opinions) and a Real Estate Investor. Jeri is a financial advisor who specializes in Business Succession Planning and buying/selling real estate in retirement accounts.

We both have master's degrees. Tomas has two, just to stay 1 step ahead of me! Smiling Now, we are getting a PhD in Real Estate Investing through Dean's courses!

Tomas is VERY good at finding deeply discounted deals and highly organized (hence the engineering background!)

We've been investing since 2007. Tomas bought Dean's books last year and we started Dean's programs in October of 2010. We have met so many wonderful people through this program. We are looking forward to building a career, massive wealth and helping others along the way through real estate.
