I'm New to this

My Name is Drew and I am a College Student and would like to get into Real estate. I Live in Northern Virginia and if there is any other people from there on this site I would like to partner up on a few deals.

Check out local investment clubs

Hey buddy!
My recommendation to getting partners / investors anywhere in the country is by getting active in local investment clubs.
Here are a few links of websites out there that have directories of investment clubs.

Take a look at these sites. Investment clubs are not only the best place in my opinion to find investors/buyers, but it is also the best place to build your entire power team through networking.
