I'm trying my best to get my Real Estate Investment career going. To do that, I am looking for a Mentor/Partner in the Lexington Kentucky Area who has done some Real Estate deals.
I am interested in doing Assignment, Lease Option/Sandwich Lease deals and any other no money down deals. However, I am more than willing to learn other strategies from this person(s).
