Multiple Private Lender Approvals

Multiple Private Lender Approvals

I found a commercial property that I want to purchase and hold. I submitted my business proposal to 4 private investors and got 1 no and 3 yes replies today. The first investor offering 60% the other 2 simply saying they will send me their offer and terms by the end of the week. My question, if the terms are good and the math makes sense in the end, is there anything keeping me from receiving capital from all three investors?

TIA

Probably Not

Most likey the lenders will all want to be in the 1st lien position, so you'll have to pick the one with the best terms. It's possible to receive capital from another investor, but it will be a second lien position. Very few lenders will do that anymore.

you are right. no one wants

you are right. no one wants to take a second. One offered 90% if I can come up with 10% though. They said the seller could be a partner at 10%.
