Pool of Private Money Lenders Available

A great source for private money is Private Money Exchange. Multiple private money lenders to provide funding. Check out the available information by filling out the form in the top right of the following page:

Check the area for "...information about borrowing money." Private Money Exchange will provide the information that you will need to follow to find private money funding for your deal through their vast pool of private lenders.

Experience

Full disclosure:

I have not used them for any deals to this point. I am currently working wholesaling and PME provides funding for purchases, generally 6-18 months of financing for the flip properties or refi for buy and hold. They have other longer-term financing options available as well, but that does not fit my current strategy.

I "advertise" PME because of the products and services that are available that could be very useful for fellow DGers and I am an affiliate of PME. Plus, they were recommended by Dean.

I am an affiliate of theirs

and I have yet to be able to close a deal with them because they currently STOPPED funding in AZ and CA. But, they are working for some people in the midwest. They are worth giving a call, but you need to have a GOOD deal, and there are points involved.
