This would be set up on a 1 year term, in the mean time we will secure financing to purchase the home outright. I have several homes in mind already, and am very specific on what will work for us.
Here is the scenario I'm looking at.
We will locate &'purchase' the property below FMV
We will then assign the property to you at same price **Not at FMV which I previously posted-oops**
We will then enter a RTO-LEASE for 1 yr or less at FMV
We will then secure financing, and purchase the home out right from you. With 75 - 100% of all payments made to you deducted from the purchase price. You will waive any deposits or penalties, as you will have made money during the purchase.

ONE KILLER DEAL IN NEBRASKA....
The scenario I mentioned above, concerns the following property.
1902 Victorian asking price 126,500 County has valued @ 145k
Homeowner went thru divorce, and HE NEEDS TO SELL - been on market for OVER A YEAR
I would actually like this home as residence, but his monthly mortgage is 1249 and there is NO WAY I can afford that. Our credit is poor, and we're currently rebuilding it - kind of hard with one meager income though.
If this were your situation, what would you do??
Not to mention the fact, that we have to move in 3 weeks or LESS
