OfflineI am trying to think of a way to get a mortgage for property. I have a decent credit score but little job history and im currently unemployed. Is it possible to get a co-signer???? Can anyone help me out here

A co-signer is not going to be of much help too you (since you're jobless) in getting the underwriter to approve a loan, unless they're willing to take out the loan themselves (co-signer) and both you split the profits.
