Ok, coming to you live from the SF CA public library computer.. Still no laptop but My "Progress" since week 1 is interesting. I spoke with my 1st seller and bommed badly. But as Dean himself put it, at least I know now what NOT to say and do. Its probably funny to experienced investors but I have sinced gained more confidence using email to feel things out before speaking directly. As a result I'm gaining more confidence. Buyers! 22 on my buyers list now. I only had 1 last week.

2 Title companies that will do double closings
1 list of foreclosures in all sourounding counties
( I gotta learn what to do with it) but I think its good..
