So far I've went to a few seminars and the last one i went to was MMI about a week ago!!! Anyone who hasn't gone, must!!! check out Millionaire Mind intensive!!!
Everything is about Financial Education/Real Estate/and money is still brand new to me. about 2 months! So you know i am very excited to be here!!!
I've also just finished Profits from Real Estate Right Now and i am currently looking for A Real Estate Agent...Building my buyers list through craigslist... and planning to make 50 homemade bandit signs for this up and coming Friday!
I am definitely excited to implement the 25:1 strategy once i find an agent!!!!!!! haha! =D

I am implementing '30 Days To Real Estate Cash' and i am calling agents.
I just talked to one a minute ago and was a experienced investor who knows that a lot of Newbies are coming into town because of a seminar or a book. His concern was my Seriousness and my Experience. He asked, "Where do you get your funds from?" Once he said this, my mind turned blank so i barely gave him an answer.
Can any of you help answer this question? Should i have said Private Money or say 'I have all Cash'
