Everyone on here are willing to help any way they can and can give advice and guidance to help you on your way to reaching your goals. Do not hesitate to ask questions. Get involved in forums and discussions,fill out your profile as completely as possible,especially where you are,there may be someone on here near you.

I joined the DG Insider Elite program so I would like to say that I believe in putting together networking business with people I can explain: that a person is represented as a stick but when you put many sticks together that is very hard to break besides the direction is so very important and thank you for having a coach. can i lock up the deal under contract and use the agent for all my closings are do i have to be there. okey I"ve missed a day or two but I have exciting news I have contacted realastate agents and I have ben blessed with a couple that are very excited to work with me. I found one that I did not even realize that I already new, She works exclusivly with peaple like us and should prove to be a very valuble asset. She is already working on a invester list and as of today will start sending me her dayly property list. Holy cow what a magical start. I am looking so forword to my first deal! Thanks to all that have posted with incuragement,and I promise I will do my profile soon, with my wifes help-ha ha. PS please excuse my spelling and grammer I know its bad, but I try. the day my wife and I went to the semenare in Denton tx I wanted to sing up for the insider class,but we could not afford it, so I got motivated, and now I plan to start my realastate indevers with Deans help,IE his books and I fully expect with his help to go to the insider class. I've just fineshed reading deans book 30 day to quek cash. I din't mean to read it all at once, but I coulden't stop reading, witch if you new me you would know how crazy that is since I havent read a book in about 20yrs. I will still go back and fallow the blue print, but I'm so excited about what i've read and what I'm about to do.
