OfflineWell, I am finally posting to the site after taking so long to get things going. My holidays for 2012 started with being introduced to Dean's Systems and being broke bought what could with what I had. Then my Father-in-law was diagnosed with lung cancer, then Christmas and through it all my own medical issues.
Well 2013 is going to be the year for me!!!
Got my business Account started today, already have the info to the accountant for last year, but still have so many questions.
Was checking out Sheriff Sales coming up for foreclosures and was kind of wondering if anybody could tell me if people still live in the house till the sale (guess i could just go drive buy). Saw a house up for next month real cheap and was thinking about if i could approach the owner about Buying it first. Any Ideas?

About sheriff's sales... yes, people may be still living in the properties; sometimes the sales will get postponed too, when people have attorneys helping them during the foreclosure stages... Yes, you can contact the homeowners and find out if there is any way that you can help them (do your due diligence); usually if you have buyers with cash you may be able to help them by making a cash offer to the bank, give homeowners money to relocate...
