I just got deans think a little diffrent,this was after I got barm book.I've doing alot of research on bird dogging.The middle chapters are so useful for all area of my life,I've been applying it to almost everything I do.
Keep a journal is a great idea,and hopefully everyone makes good in their real estate investments.I'LL BE LOOKING FOWARD TO READING AS MANY AS I CAN.

What a great choice,I just started and I learned so much already.I found out something about myself real quick,I was very uncomfortable to pick up the phone and interview real estate agents to work with.So I went back and did it again started from the begining and I'm glad I did.Know I feel alot better being a real estate investor.I've been intrested in real estate for a long time but I believed what every one else said,like you need alot of money to get started.I always felt that people that invested in real estate new a secret that no one else knew.Thanks to dean's academy I know the secret to investing.I wish I started sooner,but as the say "THERE IS NO TIME LIKE THE PRESENT.
Just keep on track and you'll reach your goals.
I'm a newbie and I'm almost done reading PFRERN. I'm excited and scared at the same time. When I finished with this book, I'm going to buy Dean's other books as well.
I'm thinking of finding a RE agent myself. It sounds like a great idea to have partner help you become successful. Its a win-win all around.
