OfflineMy mom and I just got back from the Buying Summit in Las Vegas, and it was such an amazing experience! We bought our first property and some land. Now we have more confidence to out and do some assignment of contract and double close deals - it just doesn't seem as scary now. I'm sure when we do our first double close it'll seem even less scary. I'm looking forward to feeling the thrill of a deal without the trepidation!
We got a copy of Dean's book 30 Days to Real Estate Cash, and it's been a huge encouragement. Dean's style makes the information so accessible I read it through in one day! Now I'm going through it a lot more slowly so I can follow the blueprint. Tonight I made my list of real estate agencies to call, and I'll be working on it tomorrow during my breaks/lunch and when I get off work.
I'm even more excited now than when we finished the 3-day seminar back in October of 2013, and I just want to keep soaking up the information and putting it into practice. I'm all signed up for the livecast next week, and I can't wait to hear what the speakers have to share.
This will be the year that my mom and I start being able to help out our family and to achieve the dreams and goals that have seemed so difficult to achieve!
I'm glad to see you filled with confidence after attending the Summit and getting a couple of deals under your belt. It will only get better from this point forward.
30 Days to Real Estate Cash is a great guide and will be a good tool as you continue to make offers and do deals.
