At the beginning of this year, I wrote down some of my goals which I would like to accomplish.
One of them was that I need a new job and luckily I got one last month and my recent goal which I accomplished was getting business cards. Last week I was able to get in touch with my web designer who works for the same store I have been ordering my bandit signs and my first business cards which was written I got last year "I BUY HOUSES ANY CONDITION (GOOGLE VOICE)"(I thought this was a real business cards which I could give people) Fortunately I took the advice of Mike who is a DG superstar on how he did his own business cards.
I told my web designer to just save it as only pdf because I had in mind to visit a new store which I found that prints 1000 copies for only $35...So I will be printing them out this week and I plan on printing 1000 copies for sellers and 250 for pros.
As you can see I have two type of business cards..
1 for the pros and the other one for the sellers which is double sided and which discloses a $1000 referral fee
My next marketing goals is to buy order 3 t shirts and I will print the following on them. The color of these shirts would be all bright yellow with black lettering. I will be ordering this shirts this week and I'm glad I found which could do it for $20 each but I will negotiate the price with the guy.
1) We buy houses! any condition! my # (I will be targeting sellers with this)
2) Could you use an extra $1,000 monthly? www.igwilohousefinder.com---> (my birddog website)(I will use this too target birddogs)
3) Must Sell Fast 3 Bed / 2 Bath My # (I will be targeting buyers with this)
My other goal which I have in mind is to buy a little van and paint it all yellow with back lettering "we buy houses! Any Condition! my #
I will definitely succeed in Real Estate and I know that for a fact.
I have been putting Dean's techniques since day 1 and that's what has been giving me the courage and confidence to push forward.
I learnt marketing is the key to succeed in REI

I love that you set a goal and accomplished it. It's very important to set yourself up for successes. Each success builds upon itself. Just look and see what has come from your one accomplished goal. You now have business cards and plans for shirts and moving billboards. It's great.
