OfflineI have been struggling with how to make this a success. My credit is bad and I have no cash. I wanted to be a success and wasnt sure how. Then I went to one of deans seminars for free in 2012. I waited because I didnt know if this was right for me. Well here I am in 2014 and Im reading his books and made a choice. I decided to become a bird dog in the hopes of making enough money to start investing on my own. I found a wholesaler willing to work with me and so my journey begins. Now here I am with one property accepted and two more on the way. I will keep you up to date on what happens from here. I am on my way to making my dreams come true.

1) Make sure you build your buyers list first and then go find the property.
2) Make sure your numbers are correct.
3) Dont get emotional attached to a property instead fall in love with the numbers.

Along with building your buyers list make sure you sit down and figure out your reason why

Thank you TC for the encouragement. I already have deans 30 days blueprint and I am reading it again. I have thought about why I am doing this and I dug down deep. For me this isnt about money its about making a better life for my children. I am continuing to work with the wholesaler and also building my own buyers list. I have also made contact with construction personel and still looking for the right realator.
