Usually when there is a video play back problem make sure your Adobe flash player is up to date
And if this is the case make sure you sweep your computer of bugs,cache,cookies,or old history since it can bring performance problems on your computer

i also find that high def 720 or 1080 doesnt do well on my old computer so i reduce the videos down to 360. i essentially want to hear it not see it. of course if Dean an Matt are teaching us i would want to see it.

I am happy to help if I can , hopefully the options I provided can help you trouble shoot.
One last option make sure you have a secured Internet connection or you do not have to many tabs open at the same time.
I usually try to keep only what I want to be running.... Another thing is if your computer starts up slow
The way the computer is set up can cut performance capabilities
