In case anyone's interested - starting this journal today.
I've been "in the business" for a while but haven't don't my first deal yet. I just attended my first Edge event and am starting from the beginning with all the DG tools I've purchased along the way. Started the 30 Days to Real Estate Cash over again last week.
I put up 8 bandit signs last weekend and then put up about 25 last night. I'm about to start contacting real estate agents this morning.

Hello:
I got my first property under contract a few days ago. Actually, I ended up going back and renegotiating it and will take the contract back to the Seller to be signed today. I also got another property under contract yesterday and am in the process of marketing it. I got both properties through bandit signs. I had been putting them up for a few weekends in a row with no response but then started getting some calls.
I also used the Helpline I had access to - very helpful.
Woohoo - excited to be starting.
