1. Saw DG ads, for at least 1 year, "Enough is Enough".
2. 4/20/09: Date Ordered Book(s)
3. 4/22/09: Researched 4closures / REOs and ID'd a nearby property, with a $ 70,500 spread ( ask vs. comps ). Next to find a buyer, put under contract & assign.
4. 4/23/09: Also Looking into NJ SFR 4closures.
5. 4/24/09: I Reached out to someone, with a request to be my Mentor. They have vast experience and a track record of success.
6. 4/28/09: Books delivered at 11:44 AM, However - They are still not in my hands " Yet ". I had to travel, on a family emergency, so the books are being forwarded to me. Please stay tuned !! Thanks
7. 5/1/09: Books - In hand, 12:22pm commencing reading.
8. 5/21/09: Thought - " I will Persevere! " It has been said that the "Devil" ( whether you believe in him or not ) will look into your future and if he sees that you are near your breakthrough and knows that you will give God the praise,...the "Devil" will work his hardest and come at you with everything he has to destroy your Spirit & Progress. As you will note, I ordered the book on 4/20/09. I had to come to New Jersey, arrived on 4/25/09, to assist my sister with the care of my Mother. Inside of the last month,....My Mother has gone from Home to ER to a Regular Hospital Room to the Cardiac Care Unit to ICU to the "Hospice Care Unit"( with an Undetermined Number of Days to Live ). I whispered to her and promised her that
" I Will Do This, I Will Make This Happen " ! I'm on Chapter 7,.....I'm sure I'll have to review the book for comprehension. Please Pray for My Mom - " FAL " , Me and My Family. Thank You!
9. 5/22/09: My Mother passed away today at 2:20pm. Rest in Peace - Mom. I Love You !
10. 5/31/09: I did some research, called a guy facing 4closure, met with him on 6/1/09 and made $300.00 just for filing a form on his behalf @ the clerk of the court.
11. 6/19/09: Honestly, have not continued reading yet, beyond chtr #7. I did listen to Dean's call last night. The Blitz is right on time to help me re-focus. Going to work on list of Great Buyers and Rent2Owner's.
