seller and buyer is not balance.

seller and buyer is not balance.

I am having hard time finding seller that are willing to negotiate. I also found the seller agent is not too friendly either. I some time do it myself or with my agent. Either way we got rejected. Any tips to make this process smoother?

learn how to target

Your probably targeting the wrong type of sellers. You should submit your off to sellers that house been on the market for 90 days are better. Your agent can help you with that. Look for sign that says motivated seller or reduce price those should be the sellers you target.

sorry..

I forgot to mention that you should check and see what type of market it is in the area you looking at because once you find out if it buyers or seller market you would know what strageties you should use
