Offlinei cant find any real estate agents in my area who dnt ask for proof of funding or an escrow account or letter. i beleive an agent is very inportant to my work and to me in order to launch my success. as im still a begginer i kno it wld be difficult for me around the edges when it comes to doing assngment deals on my own. i say this because the paperwork will be a little bit confusing for me, as well as trying to explain everything to the buyer and seller. so if the case is that i cant get an agent to help me out, where do i go from here. im stuck....

In your last post we told you about the funding. Sure it's going to all be a bit scary to start out, but once you've screwed up enough times it'll all begin to fall into place. Stop worrying about trying to score on your first attempt. I've been at this now for about 8 months and haven't made a dime yet, but the good part about all of this time is that I've gotten over my fears and have begun to be more creative and knowledgeable. Just post on craigslist.org that you're looking for an eager real estate agent who's looking to make lots of $$$ and submit lots of low-ball offers. Just don't let your fear completely get the best of you, instead let it be your diving force.
