I have been trying to get started with real estate here, but no luck! AT ALL! I have put countless hours in this real estate thing and am looking for some help. I must be doing something wrong. I was hoping for a friend. I have tried to get friends involved and realators to help me but they all have such a negitive responce. I get from realators a very cold shoulder, they feel as thou I am steeling people from them, or I am doing things illeagally.
With all the crap that has happened to me in the last few months I really need some help and someone else in real estate that I can relate to. I have a buyer list and everything.
When Realtor's aren't responsive we take another approach. For instance we had the same type of cold shoulder with mortgage brokers. For now, we've eliminated them from our strategy. Not saying we wont work with them later, but for now we have to move on until we find the right one.
We are taking the approach of being pro active and looking for houses with FOR RENT on them. Calling the owners and trying to get the contract locked up.
You wont need a Realtor for that or a mortgage broker.
Set up your phone line and advertise like crazy to attract buyers.
You'll be surprised at how quick you will attract both buyers and sellers that will be willing to do a lease option.
So if its not having a Realtor or a mortgage broker that's holding you back from doing deals, keep in mind that you don't need them for every deal and you can still move on without one.
Keep your head up and try another angle. Everything will work out my man.
