OfflineWell, 2010 is here and I am embarking on my new real estate career in Brevard County FL. I started reading the books in November and joined the Success academy.
I am concentrating on the buy and hold strategy and have already viewed more than 20 properties and made offers on two of them. Thus far my offers have not been successful based on my lack of knowledge on making offers. Each day I learn more and more and find the information useful.
Yesterday Jan 6th, I attended my first meeting as a member of the CFRI Central Florida Real Estate Investors. It was very interesting and lots of networking possibilities.
My goal for 2010 is to purchase three homes that I will rent to own to others that cannot get a mortgage. In addition I want to bird dog for investors in FL.
I hope to transition from PT to FT as soon as I have a couple of properties under my belt and a few investors that would use my services as a bird dogger.
