Offlineone quick question can you assign a home that is listed by an agent. i have a buyer who wants to buy a property through me but the house is listed by an agent. can i still manage to assign the home. do i talk to the owners agent?? help anyone thanks

yes you can, but is the buyer a cash buyer, if they need a mortgage, banks want some seasoning. If they use a HML, it won`t matter.
