OfflineHello my DG family...my bf bought me Dean's books in 09 and I was hooked. I totally believe that I can be freed from a 9-5 job through Real Estate and I am more than excited about this.
Here is a little about myself. I graduated from PSU with 3 bachelor degrees (finance, marketing, and management) and a certificate. After graduation, I went through a long period of "want do I want to do with my life" crisis. (I know...it would be so much better if I had that crisis before I started college) Words cannot described how stressed out I was! I saw my all of my friends getting a job and settling in. I didn't want to be one of them! I didn't want to SETTLE into something. I didn't want to accept a job and let that job dictate my future, like most of my friends are falling prey to. I want to be able to do something I enjoy while being able to support my family and my lifestyle. I want to be free...I didn't want my life to be dictated by a company who doesn't care about me. I always knew I wanted to start my own business but I didn't know what I wanted to do. When I read Dean's books, I thought to myself, "this is what I have been looking for!". With my education and experience, I am ready to take my life back from the corporate world.
I have to admit...I have been scared to take my first step and have been dragging my feet. I'm about to say goodbye to all that! Nobody can do it for me...I have to do it for myself and I WILL.
So here we go. I will start by building my buyers list and hopefully I can find some good partners to work with. If you have any effective ways to find buyers or any pointers at all, please do let me know what they are! I can really appreciate that! Thanks a bunch and hopefully I can get my first deal soon!

Welcome to the family. I'm pretty new here myself. I haven't done any deals yet, but I'm working on that. I was told that it would probably help to expand a bit on your profile so others like myself know what area you're located in at the moment.They might know of something going on near you. I'm from Chester County, Pa. and at the moment living in Delaware County. I'm trying to build my buyers and sellers lists at the moment, but you've come to the right place. The people on this site are unbelieveably helpful and informative. All you need to do is ask a question, and you'll get 10-15 answers. Everybody here is sooo helpful.
