Offlinein my church I have a lot of real estate professionals, contractors, etc (probably just gave you an idea) but don't know what to really use them for, do I tell the real estate agents to mail me info on clients seeking/and or selling, I know I got to make a buyers list. gotta start, I'm buy a cell and put bandit signs for motivated sellers. but yea what do I use the agents for?

Do you have access to Deans books? In them you will find a more elaborate answer then I can give you but, they do have access to the MLS listings, they are the gate keepers if you will. They will be the ones to subnit offers for you when dealing w/REO'S, BANKS. As Ive heard over and over, a good agent is worth his/her weight in gold.
