I just talked with a Real Estate Agent and told them that I was going to be investing in Real Estate in the Area and needed to find an agent that I could work with to find properties that made sense and cash flowed. I told him that I worked with other investors that I would be consulting with on these deals and If the property didn't work for me I would assign it to one of them. Start there read BARM and Profit get going and don't be afraid. Good Luck
