OfflineI thought I started one but I guess I went to the wrong place. anyway...I hope to keep this journal up and it would be nice to look back and see how far I have come...
There is just so much to do!!! No, I am NOT complaining...I am loving this. I already posted my situation somehwere else. So I won't bore you with details here. What I would love to do is keep track of what I have done...hopefully posting everyday.
If I post everyday then I will know I have done something towards my goal, no matter how small, and at this point I am afraid that this all I can do... is to take baby steps until I get a grasp of everything. I am learning so much I don't want to get overwhelmed(sp?). That's a good thing...I have never got so much for so little...what does that tell you?
If I do nothing else but find myself a home, then I will feel like a success. Of course I don't want to stop there, but you have no idea what a feat that is for me.

Congrats!! Great job on getting started, I want you to know that even if you take baby steps, they are still STEPS!! You should feel proud of yourself, for picking up one of Dean's book and supplying your brain with amazing pieces of REI information that Dean always provides in his easy-to-read style. There is so much information. I wonder if I can take it all in.
I am still reading and learning. I am checking out some properties and I have 2 people on my buyers list...so needless to say I have more to do there.
I hope I can do my first deal soon. Maybe for my own home.
A very good friend of mine is a real estate agent. She got her license less than a year ago. I would like to see her earn some good money too. I think I can work with her.
I have given her requirements before so I think even with this market she would be willing to look for what I need and help me with what I need.
On the other hand I wonder if I should also get some one who is experienced as well. I am sure there will be enough business to go around. We'll see.
I am STILL reading...I go on here everyday and I added another person to my buyers list.
It is just a matter of time when everything will come together. I just want to be sure that I don't go in there half cocked. I am on the opposite end. I am a little too eager and am afraid I will make a mistake. So I want to finish reading first. wow.
