- For Holding: Anything under 80K with 2 BR or more in Capitol Heights, SE, NE, Etc.

Rob, This investors are buying properties to Flip or Rehab and Flip. This investor who's buying 20 properties in Anne Arundel County wants an ARV below 400K, and what most investors now is looking here in our State is somewere like 60 to 65 percent below the FMV. When I started wholesaling in 2009, it was 40%, but just tryanything by just running the numbers when you come accross to any properties that fits the criteria. Let me know. No MLS please. - 60-65 percent below the FMV

Montgomery County - Well you know most houses here are high end. Just send me anything that you think would make sense if rehabed and Fliped by my investor. Price is very important. We are wholesalers, which means we don't profit as much as this investors does when they resell the property.

There is a sense of urgency in Anne Arundel County, near Anapolis.
