OfflineOk, I am almost done with Dean's book "Be a Real Estate Millionaire", I have cut most if not all the negative things/people out of my life, I am now a real estate agent in New Jersey, and I have good credit. Now I am missing a steady income 
I will stay positive, but I have been trying to do this on my own for years with minor success. I think I need MENTOR! Has anyone in my situation worked with a mentor and have you had any real success??

I am new here and I am not even half way through my book but I believe there is a program called the real estate academy that is part of the community that you might be interested in. I am going to look into it after I finish reading both of my books. Hope that helped.
