Can I assign property if a bank or agent is involved

Can I assign property if a bank or agent is involved

I was wondering if I can assign property if it is bank owned or if it is undercontract with a agent or broker??? All help is needed. If I can please tell me the steps I need to take in order to succeed. Thank you

im not sure u can assign an reo from most banks, i say this because most banks have contracts that make buyers sign have a non-assignablillty clause meaning you cant assign that property. im not 100% sure but i know im in the ball park. kepp asking around good luck buddy...
