OfflineHello everyone..Well,to start off i live in a very small town in central tx..I have always,always wanted to do real estate.i love it so much i get chills and cant get enough of the testimonials and this website.I purchased the RBBP and am waiting for it to arrive..I am 37 and have been reading real estate books since i was 18 but have always got stuck..I bought Deans books last year and read them a couple of times.He is the greatest..Anyway im so ready..God will help me overcome obstacles this time so i can succeed..I have to..Im a broke contractor..I need help badly...Im so excited..hope i dont get stuck again..Here i go..

well im still studying the material i bought(RBBP)and its the best...driving around and looking at properties...Im going to call a re agent and start putting out bandit signs this weekend....What would you guys say is the best thing to put on signs to attract buyers..thank you all.
