Hey DG Family,
Happy Monday everyone.I guess I'll start with the why I decided to start my journey down REI road.It can be summed up in one word.Distress! A lot of people
are in extremely stressful situations,the housing market is distressed,the jobs
situation is distressed.I have a philanthropic mind/spirit and I was taught that if you see/know of a problem you can either become part of the solution or do nothing and become part of the problem.I prefer to be part of the solution.
I believe that real estate can provide a very large part of that solution on a great many levels.It can provide jobs through rehab,clean up,property preservation crews.It can provide rental/affordable housing not only to those families that unfortunately have found themselves in foreclosure situations
but these properties can also be repurposed for those individuals with special
needs and provide them with a home environment shared with 1or2 other individuals rather than an institutional environment.It can provide Hard working
self employed people a chance to own a nice home with out having to deal with
banks and red tape.All these are my and my companies goals and we are well on the way to accomplishing them with the information and assistance of resources
like deangraziosi.com and likeminded individuals who visit and network on the site.It will also allow me to provide my other philanthropic causes much greater assistance than I was able to in the past.My greatest passions are children,animals,preserving the earth,and stopping domestic violence.
Any way, that is my Why and some of my goals.A church I have followed for a while now teaches that if you dream Big/set Big goals it allows God to fulfill those dreams/goals in a truly miraculous/magnificent way.If you would like to know more about me you can read my blog here on this site or you can PM me.I'm always available to assist in what ever way I can.Until tomorrow may

Hey DG Family,
I apologize for taking so long to write in my journal again
but great and wonderous things have been happening here at stormhaven3.
I have 3 properties under contract and the first two are scheduled to close
with local investor buyers on 10/17 and 10/21. These contracts were assigned.
The 3rd property I am in negotiations with an rehab/landlord investor and am
fairly certain will be able to schedule a early to mid November close.I will also make a referal fee as he will be using my funding resources.I was very
lucky recently to be given the chance to obtain a system/platform as a member of a pilot group.It takes care of the 2 major challenges we face as real estate
investors,funding and buyers.It also analyzes your deal for you and tells you if it fits the lender/buyer criteria.It truly is phenomenal and I am more than willing to share this resource with the DG family in what ever way can assist you to succeed.I also have a great resource for finding seller leads and it compiles all the information you need about the property in one place.I know it can be very hard to get started when you have very little or no capital and I want to help as many people succeed as I possibly can.I believe in " Let GO and Let God" and he has blessed me in many ways.Now it my
turn to pass those blessings forward.I am a Philanthropist in my heart and my
